  • What is Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a specialized form of support tailored for individuals and families affected by Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It's like having a personal guide on your journey to better managing ADHD-related challenges and navigating daily life more effectively. Think of it as a partnership where we work together to set goals, break them down into manageable steps, and develop personalized techniques to tackle common ADHD obstacles like organization, time management, and emotional regulation. In addition to more practical solutions, my coaching includes shifts in perspectives and self-awareness to help you utilize your strengths more effectively to bring forward your best self.
  • How does it work?
We will start out with an initial free Discovery Call that you will schedule yourself on my website. We can discuss the details of what coaching is and isn't, we will talk about the process, and we will briefly review what brought you here. After our call, if you decide to move forward with coaching, I will send you a link to an online portal so you can sign up for a coaching plan and schedule your sessions at your convenience. We will then begin our 45 minute coaching sessions through zoom.
  • What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy is fantastic for exploring emotional and psychological issues. Coaching is more action-oriented. It's about rolling up our sleeves and finding practical solutions to the challenges you're facing right now. So, if you're ready to take proactive steps towards managing ADHD and living your best life, coaching could be your game-changer.
  • What if I don't have ADHD?
That's okay! Coaching can be helpful for anyone, but not all coaching works well for those with ADHD so it's better to have a coach who is familiar with ADHD if you or your child have it. If you suspect you or someone in your family has ADHD and haven't been diagnosed or if you have some of the symptoms but don't meet the qualifications, coaching can still be incredibly beneficial.
  • Do you coach children or teens?
I am currently taking Fundamentals of ADHD in Families course at ADDCA and may begin offering sessions with children and teenagers soon. Please contact me if you are interested in this service and I can let you know when I am ready to begin.

Prices vary depending on the packages you sign up for, but right now pricing for one-on-one sessions range from $25 - $75 a session. These prices will increase soon, so if you are interested in my initial pricing don't hesitate to sign up for a free consult to get started.
