During our coaching sessions we will work together to help you navigate the chaos of everyday life.  It's not about fixing you, it's about working together with how your brain naturally operates and finding strategies that actually stick.  Whether it's tackling procrastination, managing time, or just feeling less overwhelmed, I can help you break things down into doable steps and keep you accountable without judgment.  We will focus on your strengths, help you build self confidence, and create systems that fit your unique way of thinking.  Together we will help you get unstuck and move forward.  

PARENTS

Raising a child with ADHD comes with unique challenges - big emotions, impulsivity, endless energy - and it can feel overwhelming.  I will help you understand how your child's brain works and we'll discuss practical tools to handle tough moments with more patience and less frustration.  We will work together to help you build routines that actually work, improve communication, and boost your child's self-confidence while keeping your own stress in check.  It's not about being a perfect parent, it's about feeling more equipped, supported, and connected to your child in a way that works for both of you.

COLLEGE STUDENTS

College comes with more freedom, but also more distractions, deadlines, and responsibilities, which can be tough to juggle with ADHD.  I can help you figure out systems that work for your brain, whether it's managing time, staying on top of assignments, or avoiding last minute all-nighters.  We can also work on motivation, organization, and even navigate social or academic challenges without the constant stress.  It's all about making college feel less overwhelming and more doable, so you can focus on learning, growing, and enjoying the experience.
